People. Brokering business is what we do, and what we’ve been doing since we started in 1982. We know the companies we represent and the products and we can help you work your way through the policy forms and conditions. Our staff includes many who measure their experience in decades, usually in the same discipline.
Products. We have six dedicated teams each with their own specialty.
D&O / EPL / Nonprofit D&O Our Directors & Officers markets handle for profit and nonprofit organizations. Our numerous markets offer the most competitive rates and forms. Employment Practices Liability can be written monoline or packaged with D&O coverage.
Lawyers Professional Liability We are a program administrator and wholesale market for law firms with 1 to 100 attorneys. For larger and hard to place firms, we have a variety of admitted and non-admitted markets.
Miscellaneous E&O As the name implies, miscellaneous encompasses a wide range of risks including but not limited to appraisers, consultants, property managers and title agents.
Miscellaneous Medical Facilities / Medical Malpractice Medical malpractice professional liability, including clinics, home health care, medical staffing, surgicenters and testing labs are just several of the classes that we write in this arena. Coverage is available for physicians and surgeons with a history of claims.
Property & Casualty We can write property with wind on qualified locations throughout Florida. Our team is happy to discuss the opportunities available. Additionally, we have over 500 casualty business classes including, bars/taverns & restaurants, day care centers, general contractors, janitorial services, lessor’s risk, roofers and trade & artisan contractors. Liquor liability can be provided on a monoline or package basis including special events.
Partners. We look for good partnerships with our customers and trust that you seek the same in your business relationships. Our goal is to reply to your new business submission in hours, which means in many cases the same day. You’ll know we’ve received the submission and whenever possible you’ll know who’s handling it and what additional information we may require.
